While in some countries, we have local IAMCP Dynamics networks we also need a global structure. Thus, we have decided in the IAMCP EMEA board to set up an “IAMCP EMEA special interest group Dynamics 365”.
The group will have the following objectives regarding NAV, CRM and AX:
- Join forces towards Microsoft (so as with the current NAV initiative to James)
- Make P2P-collaboration easier. This can be as simple as “I am looking for an implementation partner in AW” or more advanced as “Let’s create an IAMCP solution map”
- Share experiences e.g. “what’s the best machine-type in Azure to run a NAV-VM?”, “does somebody know anybody who knows how to do something useful with CDS?” …
The idea is to hold web meetings every 2-3 months to synchronize and perhaps an in-person meeting around Directions EMEA and/or Inspire.
This group is not intended to replace existing local groups but to extend them to a global layer.
